WIN is focused on raising awareness of the flaws and loopholes in the system that allow misuse and inefficiency to persist - that is undermining support for welfare at a time when there are millions who deserve help.
WIN aims to shed a light by sharing research, analysis, and real-world stories that highlight how the system is functioning. We also aim to provide a platform for members of the public to share their experiences and highlight the examples of abuse that have become commonplace, helping create a clearer picture of the challenges and opportunities for improvement.
